These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Flexijet North America SMS messaging program operated by Flexijet Inc. ("Flexijet," "we," "us," or "our").

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Flexijet, you agree to these Terms.

 

SMS Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Flexijet Inc. d/ba Flexijet North America.

These messages may include:

  • Responses to information requests and form submissions

  • Demonstration scheduling and follow-up communications

  • Customer support and technical assistance

  • Product onboarding and implementation support

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling updates

  • Service-related notifications and account communications

  • Product updates and company announcements

  • Promotional and marketing communications, where consent has been provided

SMS communications may be sent in response to interactions initiated through our website, online forms, advertising campaigns, customer support channels, social media platforms, or other business interactions.

After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out request. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you subsequently opt in again.
